Particular focus has been developed for grief, transitions and personal disputes.
IPT is recognized as an efficacious therapy by the American Psychiatric Association, the American Psychological Association, and the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence in the UK. There are now over 250 empirical studies supporting the efficacy and effectiveness of IPT.
PSYCHOANALYTICAL APPROACH
My role is to facilitate your self-discovery by engaging your unconscious through dreams, creativity, sand play or talk. Together we activate your resources to find what you need to solve your problems.

HYPNOSIS / DEEP RELAXATION
Hypnosis is a method of deep relaxation. It is effective to combat psychosomatic problems, which are often caused by the release of cortisol as a reaction to stress. It can also be used to activate your immune system or resolve inner conflict. Upsetting experiences can be treated in a non-confrontational manner.
